What the circuit means. New Balance's Lady P32 is a national platform where the top girls programs play each other in front of college coaches, with live-period events and a championship weekend. TBW plays in both the premier P32 tier and the emerging E32 tier, so a player can grow into the top level inside the same program. In 2026, our 17U P32 team reached the championship game, falling to a very solid Arizona team.

Our Story

From a Nashville gym in 2007 to a national circuit, one goal has never moved: college scholarship opportunities, with basketball as the vehicle.

Team Brandan Wright started in 2007 as Lady Zoom, a Nashville girls program with a simple idea: change lives by giving young women the chance to earn a college education through the game.

Along the way, Nashville native and NBA forward Brandan Wright got involved. He had grown up playing Maplewood Junior Pro with the program's co-founder, Spencer Richardson. The program took his name, and his commitment to giving back became part of its DNA.

Today TBW fields teams from 5th grade through high school on the New Balance Lady P32 circuit, one of the top platforms in girls basketball. Players have gone on to Michigan, Arizona State, Belmont, Samford, Lipscomb, Tennessee State, Austin Peay, Harding, and more. But the coaches will tell you the real measure is who those players become.

The name on the jersey

Brandan Wright

Born and raised in Nashville. At Brentwood Academy he led the Eagles to four straight state championships and became the first player in Tennessee history to win Mr. Basketball three times. One season at North Carolina brought ACC Rookie of the Year and ACC Tournament MVP honors, and the Charlotte Bobcats made him the 8th pick of the 2007 NBA Draft.

Ten NBA seasons followed with Golden State, New Jersey, Dallas, Boston, Phoenix, Memphis, and Houston. Since his playing days he has put his name and his time into Nashville kids: this program, and free dental care days for children with Neighborhood Health and Delta Dental.
